Blanco tequila must be distilled from 100% blue Weber agave and it’s typically unaged, clear, and bottled straight after distillation. However, it can be rested in stainless steel for up to 60 days or even in wood for up to 30 days.

About 512 Tequila
While the brand owners of Tequila 512 are based in Austin, Texas – hence the 512 area code in the name – Tequila 512 is crafted at La Cofradia distillery in the famous Jalisco region, Mexico.
Tequila 512 is made from local volcanic spring water and 100% estate-grown blue agaves that are harvested in the central lowlands regions just outside the village of Tequila. The agave hearts are roasted in horno stone ovens before the shredder maceration and natural open-air fermentation in stainless steel tanks take place. Triple distilled in copper lined stainless steel pot stills, Tequila 512 undergoes charcoal filtration for 24 hours and oxygenation, which enhances the texture to achieve an exceptionally velvety mouthfeel.
