A fresh release from Spirits of the Alps distillery, part of Unterthurner distillery in South Tyrol, Austria, Gin from the Alps is a breath of fresh air or better said, a drop of fresh liquid straight from the Austrian Alps. The distillery is located very close to the Italian border, and the influence of its energetic neighbors is very noticeable in its spirits. Driven by the motto “fine distillery with passion”, Spirits from the Alps combines the finesse and precision of Austrians with the fire and passion the Italians are world-famous for. The botanicals in the gin are snatched straight from the Alps, while some of the berries, herbs, and spices from the Mediterranean add some zest to the freshness of the gin. Distilled with pure iced waters from Tyrolean Dolomites, this spirit is a small piece of the Alps, bottled up.
